Teacher, Comedian, Director, Researcher Dr Maggie Irving has a Practice as Research PhD at Plymouth University on becoming a female clown. In it proposes new modes and models for people to clown. This clown / teacher encourages playfulness in everyday life; loves teaching and choreographing comedy, and regularly runs both clowning and stand up comedy classes in the South West of England and online.
