This is the recording:

Heterotopia is a concept in human geography elaborated by philosopher Michel Foucault to describe places and spaces that function in non-hegemonic conditions. These are spaces of otherness, which are irrelevant, that are simultaneously physical and mental, such as the space of a phone call or the moment when you see yourself in the mirror.

“Not a dog, not a wolf…all they know is what they are not.”.

Clown History – what’s it good for?

Clowns have taken myriad shapes and forms in history and different cultures. They’ve adapted in ingenious ways to changes in material conditions. Performing contexts, media, technologies and political and economic change. Can our history help us make sense of and adapt to our own moments of crisis?

Chris Lynam:

Chris is renowned for many things, but mainly for bringing his own brand of crazed humour to bear on unsuspecting audiences. His comedy is wild and exciting, stretching variety to its limits.

Any one show may include acrobatics, outlandish operatic and orchestral overtures, flying sousaphones and anything else which may spring to Mr Lynam’s unnecessarily large and vivid imagination.
